Project goal
Promote gender empowerment in Zeravshan Valley secondary schools by encouraging 50 young girls to pursue professional and leadership roles.
Project outcome
The project institutionalized a girls’ leadership training program, developed modules on assertiveness and critical thinking, trained eight local trainers, and delivered workshops for 50 girls in grades 9–11.
