Project goal
Promote local-budget transparency through civic engagement, stakeholder discussion, practical budgeting mechanisms, and media attention to budget reform.
Project outcome
The conference brought together experts from Kyrgyzstan and Georgia, representatives of municipalities, civil-society organizations, and national stakeholders. Recommendations were submitted to Tajikistan’s Ministry of Finance and other institutions.
