Develop a five-year strategic development plan for the Dushanbe–Boulder Friendship Center covering 2011–2015.
Project outcome
The project assessed the Friendship Center and Cyber Café, identified strengths and weaknesses, and produced a strategic plan focused on services, sustainability, and stronger human and financial resources.
