Project goal
Build the capacity of national and local finance specialists, including the Ministry of Finance, eight districts and provinces, and the Public Servants Professional Development Institute.
Project outcome
A nine-member delegation completed a study tour in Georgia and brought practical approaches for accessible budget formats, public participation, communications, and transparency back to their institutions in Tajikistan.
