Assess the strength and overall viability of Tajikistan’s civil society sector across seven dimensions and enable comparisons across countries and over time.
Project outcome
The study measured seven dimensions of CSO operations in Tajikistan. Rousto developed, translated, and published a local-language report identifying sector strengths and weaknesses, giving CSO leaders, activists, and donors a useful basis for reflection and planning.
